Mine has quite a few differences between it and the one in the sticky thread though, as is evident by the pictures. For example, the ribbon cable connecting NOAC part of the board to the controller board has 13 wires instead of 12, and both boards ...

Probably your best bet would be to buy/make a continuity tester, or a multimeter with one built in. The use it to trace the wires and see where they go.

I'm an Electrical Engineering Student at Purdue, so I have a multimeter and can do it the hard way if required.

Hopefully someone out there ...

I'm new to the whole modification scene, but am planning on taking my Superjoy 3 and hooking it up to work with my original NES contollers. Ideally I'll be mounting it inside the spare space in my original NES case and having both the old school parts and the NOAC running.
