Im new at arcade building, and I was wondering.... :roll:
I want it to have 1 game(Contra).So I decided to download the emulator.
All I want the computer to do, is run the emulator then run Contra when I turn it on.I want it to be like a real arcade.
How do I make the computer run Contra ...

ZN-40 or ZN-45?
Preface: not sure if this belongs in cases or N64, so I opted for the former.

If you're just emulating DOS, you can get a games-friendly GUI by using DosBox and D-Fend Reloaded together...

All the stuff you're talking about is reported by most motherboards' SMART info; rather than go hacking and modding for tons of bucks, I'd recommend using something like this as a second monitor, and just keep Speedfan, or a similar program that monitors SMART, open on it:

Yeah, well, with how new I am to it, I'm gonna start small; probably just try something NOAC-based for now. First serious portable project probably will be N64 for the simple fact that I've got spares.
