I'm disassembling the DS in an attempt to paint it...I've gotten most of the way, but I need to separate the 2 halves of the clamshell.

As far as I can tell, I need to separate the hinge, and a harness or two for the ribbon cables that go through the hinge.

What I can't figure out is ...

Thanks for the pix of your disassembled DS...I'm in the process of taking mine apart for painting as we speak, but I can't figure out how to disconnect the harnesses without destroying them (they seem so delicate).
