well, work has begun on the portable. Instead of using mdf, i'm using quarter inch masonite. the system is gonna be pretty squarish. anyway...i'm almost done with the dismantling of the lcd and psone. mdf.....hmm. that could work. I also just noticed that the main site sells prefab kits. not sure which way would be cheaper. oh well....i'll try mdf first and see if it works. thanks guys

well....i'm gonna need some suggestions. I don't have access to aluminum. is it possible to just use balsa wood for the whole thing? or do i try and form some bondo?
