Ok! So I have everything now. I just took apart my DMG and was wondering if the lcd ribbon can pop out of the main board before I break it?
Also, I have had trouble soldering buttons in the past both the plastic pad and the old style ones with the rubber pad connector. Could someone help me out ...

EDIT: Ok so I saw Palmertech's entry into the 08' Portable-Palooza I would really like to make one of my own but without all the cool features like gps and motion sensing. I just got a DMG off ebay and while I wait for it to arrive I want to know how to do this. I also ordered a new tri wing ...
