What are the exact measurements? I will be out in the shop tomorrow. If I can scare up a piece of 3/16 or 1/4 I'll whip it up for you

Re: GARAGESALES 2008-2009!
My girlfriend is always looking for old video game and computer stuff for me when she goes to thrift stores. Found a Genesis power supply for 1.00 and a JVC Genesis clone I have never seen before for 7.00. When she got to the counter with them electronics were on special, 1/2 off. Haven't had a ...

I am a HUGE fan of the dreamcast. I play all my emulated games on it. This is one of the coolest ports I have ever seen. I am inspired to create!

Re: Lab power supply in gamecube case
The ground is visible in the pic of the front of the finished item. Its the wing nut on the lower left side.
Binding posts were plan A. Couldn't locate them easily. With 4 posts and 4 controller ports it would be the best plan.
I used my worst case (i have tons of these things layign around) now ...

Lab power supply in gamecube case
It all started out innocent enough. My 12 volt power supply stopped working and I wanted to do some bench testing on an indash mp3 player before I put it in my truck. I looked up projects on google and found some great tutorials on turning an old AT or ATX power supply into a test bench power supply ...

One of those cheezy screwdriver sets from like Harbour Freight that has the driver and then 20 or 30 odd bits of all shapes and sizes is a great addition

from what I have read you can use a portable DVD player screen as long as the unit has an audio/video input and you keep the screen and motherboard intact in the portable. My question is this, can the motherboard of the portable dvd player be conected to a larger digital lcd (laptop, computer ...

Re: Laptop LCD in C64p?
It was actually the sheer size of it that had me under the impression that it was a laptop lcd. Most of the writeups I have read on here are using small hand held tv screens or ps1 screens, seeign something with the dimensions that the c64p display had (plus the fact that its housed in the cool ...

Laptop LCD in C64p?

I can see from an XBOX 360 standpoint that you could prolly make that work as I believe it has digital ...
