Does anybody know the battery I am referring to? It would really help this guy:
it was a open mount camcorder battery, 7.4 volts and 6 amp hours, and it looks kind of like the one I posted above, although I don't think it is the same model. It was only $30. REALLY cheap. I think jjhammerstein ...

Ouch, Looks pretty expensive. Thinking about it, the battry im going on about was noticably smaller than that. Still, worth a look.
Reckon theres any household appliances I can salvage a good battery from?

Yeah, Local store down the road has it.
So, I think I have a spare camcorder battery upstiars, Ill see what specs it has and report it back.
So, do you think it may be worth having two batteries, one for the screen and another for the console itself? Or would that overcomplicate it moreso.
