Help with my Toshiba Satillate A-55 S-326!!!

For some reason i cant get it to turn on. I dont know if it is the power button or the power jack. When i plug the power cord in the power cord light comes on but nothing else. If you know what to do please help.

yea and the plugin light just blinks

From what I'm reading and from what I know about toshiba satellites, Your mobo is fried, I would suggest you do the usual checks, try it plugged into an external monitor, If that doesn't work:

Remove the hard disk(s), try switching it on

Remove the ram , try switching it on

Try re-seating the ram, try switching it on

Try re-seating the processor

(Do all these while its plugged in an external monitor)

Try it without the battery (just the adaptor)

Report back on what happen and we see if I can help you get it working!

I tried what you said plus more, but it didnt work.

Thanx for the help though. (Ill either buy a new mobo or use it for parts on my xbox laptop)
