Thinking of embarking on the journey..

I'm thinking about building an snes portable.
I understand the decisions are up to me in the end but I am looking for recommendations.

I am thinking about using either a PS1 screen, a Casio EV-4500, or a hipgear screen. Any raves and rants over them that you feel like sharing here?

I hear that an rgb mod is a good thing to do. Think it's worth it? It might affect which screens above I can choose from, I'm not sure I haven't checked yet but I'll put it out there anyway. Apologies to those that mind my lack of knowledge

Any general recommendations or other great things that would generally be a good idea of putting into an snes portable? Tips .. anything

Well, I'm a total PSOne/Zenith lcd screen junky so I vote for that. It's just so luxurious to have in a portable. No product from Nintendo or Sony even come close that tha portable goodness.
