Woo! wii opera is sweet and works pretty good actually! on screen keyboard isnt bad with wiimote

I can see myself using this(not all the time, but a fair bit).

youtube does work pretty good on the wii, its much nicer than the dreamcast planetweb browser

It works great actually. You can play a huge ammount of flash games as well (eg newgrounds.com). Checking out trailers on your tv is always nice of course

How's FTP support; Can you download MP3's & listen to them on sites like ocremix.org?

Well, I downloaded the wii browser and it works very well. The onscreen keyboard works very well; it is much better than the onscreen keyboard on other systems. Still wish you could plug in a USB keyboard or use a Bluetooth one.

Well, it looks like there's no MP3 or MPEG support, though it does look like the browser knows of the FTP protocol. Next chance I get, I'll try logging onto my server via FTP on it (ftp://) & see if it works.

The Flash rendering seems to be slow. Not TNT2 Model 64 slow, but still slow. It does seem to do a good job of stripping a 60fps animation I've done to 29.97 though!:P

I spent a while on weebls-stuff.com, then fav'd some stuff, & then here I am now!

FUnK! YTMND doesn't work! It either crashes or doesn't even play the GIF!

Well the lack of the ability to play MP3 files (& probably WAV files) was expected, but it either returns to the last page or just show the first frame of the GIF. Kinda odd, as the GIF's on my site work... (It's probably a PHP problem or something)

anyone else having problems with youtube? it worked last night but isnt today, google video works fine tho!
