i am staring my first NESp,but its a little differnt then most.It will have a GBA built in to it.Becouse its my first i it is a little weird.And weird is good in all cases.The GBA and the NES have two seperate screens to make it easier for me to do.the gba will have a LED so i can play it in the dark.i am useing a intec 2.5 inch screen for the NESp.the GBA controller will allow me to have a handheld controller for both the NES and the GBA.I will also have plug in controllers.This is where it gets crazy.becouse of the size issue and me wanting to do something crazy for my first portibale I will have the top NESscreen slide out of the way to revel the GBA screen.interesting isn't it.Post your comments
OH!!! i almost forgot if you have any way for me to get cheap parts for it like screens,games(NES),ect. let me now. I'm broke and doing this on a low budget.

Well thanks ill let you guys know how it is like every week.but i could use a cheap screen if any one has one it would be great.
any way the GBA screen will be lit up by a LED.that way i can play my port in the dark.it will be extreamly lit.it wont be a dark it but it will still work.
IF ANYONE has some ideas just let me know that way i can make more concepts for my porti.

It's possible, but it would have to be front lit. Most likely from outside the case.

If you're really set on the GBA thing, why not just get a GBA-SP and a flashcart and emulate NES games you own or get a FC adaptor for the GBA so you can play the real FC and NES carts on your GBA.

Well, there's not all the fun of building our own thing there, but it has its advantages. It's cheaper, and it will still work after you're done.

no it ain't that it is more so that there are too many variables going against anyone who builds a NESp instead of just using the GBA Flash Rom

The GBA Flash Rom has its risks too (albeit not as many or severe)
