PSOne sceen, if you use a 7.2 volt battery you can plug the power right into the screen and the 12v input on the N64 mobo.

i would say a gamecube portable screen. it can plug right into the A/V out on the n64 motherboard, so you don't have to hack the AV ports at all. there are some auctions on ebay for gamecube screens right now with really cheap buy-it-now's, and thats where i got mine.
Waiting for my 5 inch gamecube screen to finish up my N64p!

Yeah but quitt a few members have complained that the GameCube screen loses pixels, and is poorly built, it also requires 12 input (that means more batteries and so more weight).

GCN screens aren't too popular because they may need high voltages to work correctly.

They also don't run well off of batteries.

they're also usually thick as hell!!!!!!!!!!
so a psone screen would probably be best, although a nice 4 inch screen would probably be good too, if you can find one.
Without games my life would have no meaning.
Well, I guess it would, but it would be a lot less fun!!!!!!!

I think I have the gamecube intec lcd and it sucks, not sure about the interact one though. If I remember right it needs 12V though.

Is it just me, or is it the norm for intec's lcd screens to be crud?
Who else would I be?

Generally when it comes to comparing third party screens its Intec vs Interact. Interact always seems to have a far superiour product.

I read a review of the two's GameCube and the person reviewing said the Intec's brace for holding it to the console broke all to easily, the video was sub standard and generall a piece of garbage. If you want to read the review I believe the link is somewhere in the archives (old post) or do a google "gamecube screen intec vs interact" and it should come up in one of the top 5.

Do you have a link to the screen? I am interested in possibly using it if it's cheap enough.
