That's why I'm working on a new one; this time it's sitting on a carpeted floor so it looks like a real photograph.

I just wish we had had this idea sooner. It would be cool to do something really good, like a full video. That's much harder to fake, but that much more convincing by extension.

if i get bored i might mock up something and make a convincing fake out of it. considering im AWESOME at making but never finishing things this sounds like a job for me

I don't think we should be posting fake systems; if other sites post them, thinking they are real (ie believable), it will seriously detriment any real portables people put out here as being labeled as "fake" too when not; which could have an impact on how others see this site. My 2 cents.

It might not, but people will forget about it. I've seen plenty of people call just about everything fake.

its for april fools day, anybody with half a brain is going to take anything they see with a grain of salt, if they are too stupid to realize its a joke its their own damn fault and nothing of value was lost in them not coming here

I am making a gameboy in a GB cart (No, I did not copy the idea from the thread. Me and Bibin have talked about this before. )

Expect a rough draft pic tomorrow. This is epic to the max.

Those are from last night, I put some bondo on it. Been through two layers of sanding so far, one more, then primer, then sand for imperfections, maybe some glazing putty, more primer, sand, then Krylon Fusion.
