I put tic tacs in an altoids can this one time. Things went crazy...

No, I really actually put wireless 2 way tictactoe in two tins. It was a great thing to do in class. You should try it.

I made a survivial kit in mine. Then I super-glued a clip in one, and made a cigarette case. To bad I'm too smart for smoking. :( :?

I was thinking about putting a VMU in an Altoids Tin, I might do it yet, or maybe just keep the VMU in it's case :P

How about a CW radio transmitter? I know this dude that makes them, and they can broadcast up to 25 miles with the right antenna. He puts them in tuna and altoids tins. Hes got like 25 Tuna Can CW transmitters, thing is, him and his wife HATE tuna. The lenghts people go through for a project.

google Tuna Can Transmitter for more info.

Maybe a crystal radio? Or an NES controller?

I'm gonna see if I can pick up a Flashback 2 at Target today. I'll pick up some Altoids too to see if I can come up with anything fun. :D

(I know how to make some cool, and possibly hazardous, gadgets with tic-tac boxes and other various household stuff, but I won't say many of them due to liability. :P)

thats pretty slick! Between the Tuna can CW and Altoids tin survval kit, you lad a pretty decent chance of staying alive and getting rescued. Now all you really need to do is learn essential morse code for the CW. All you really need is CQ, SOS, and perhaps a few Q codes ( http://www.kloth.net/radio/qcodes.php )
