IIRC, nintendo is trying to make the revolution Open Source friendly.

porbubley not intentinally they will no dout use a fancy new encryption witch will be cracked shortley after its relise they are doing this so normal people will be like "alright its like buying all those systems"

I've told thousands of other people...I have washed my hands of Nintendo. They have made so many poor chioces in the last 5 years alone, I just can't support them. They think they're invincible. That their seniority compared to their competitors in the industry will make all the difference. But it won't. They can fail. And will if they don't make some changes.

I'd hate to see that happen, but I won't cry any tears. I will have warned them. My article is almost complete. My message is at hand. They need new games, better games, more games, fewer consoles, and for the love of "are ya there god, it's me, Devin", they need to market their products. Well.

That's it. That's all...

gamecube is still a good system with meny fun and some original games despite some marketing mistakes made with it and they sertainley dont think they are "invincible" they are being slightley mismagaged but they dont have nearley the kind of resorses that microsoft and sony makeing them the underdog amd the games are much better than the crap microsoft come out with
and its ez to say "err make better stuff" much of there stuff is quality

it would be a good way to get Sega Fans in thier boat giving them thier old favorites like Sonic, the "bloody" Mortal kombat, ect

It's not always teasy to do what needs to be done. Sure saying "make 'better' games" is easy. So was saying "land a man on the moon within the decade". I bet we can all say it. Didn't make doing it easier. But we had to do it. And Nintendo has to "make better games". Period.

Much of their stuff is rehash and new concepts on old ideas. It just is. I'd give you numbers if I could, but you know that it's true. Personally, I think it's growing pains. Atari went threw it. One of the causes of the Video Game Crash of 1983 has been labeled as being Atari's terrible pac-man port. Unfortunately, Atari died, and they are now a third-party software developer. Let us hope Nintendo can save their skins before this happens.

i think that the 256-bit gen will be nintendos last in the console race but not the portable race, unless we wise up and get a revolution when i comes out couse even though it has a kiddie image it ensures that many young kids will be gamers when they get older. Parents are Wery of PS2 and Xbox becouse of all the older set titles but Nintendo has a kiddie icon that people trust

Well, that's all well and good, but numbers don't lie, and parents are buying fewer Video Games Systems (systems, not games) now, than say, in 95...when the SNES was big. They have to focus on where the money is. Remember what Ben said. Focus on the 20-30 year olds...

what being compleatly unnessisary, like theres not a hole lot the cube has going for it. the Ps2 has a cheap DVD player the xbox has its green and the Cube has being a cube (not even a true cube at that)
