No, stick with my ram, you will need it if you ever plan on playing Battlefield 2, and prolly for HL2. (I have 1 gb and you can tell when you get in heavy fire, it slows way down).

I play Half-Life 2 on a laptop with only 512MB of RAM and it runs fine (on low graphics and stuff). I have the textures on high in Garry's Mod and it's fine.

Great, but sam, your ram is DDR2, but on the motherboard specifications, I read (past tense) DDR Ram it takes, yes? :?

Yeah, but incase you guys didnt read the title, he said screw dell, and more importantly he wants power. But hey its not my computer bottlenecking it will be on your head.

Side note I would recommend thisvideo card. EVGA has a policy in which, when you register your product with them, you have a free warrenty, for life. (Just dont void it by watercooling or anything else stupid like that).

I wrote it in before, but I deleted it. Basically, a lot of the times, my DSL just kicks it, and I need this as a failsafe, so am I ok? :P

Sound Card: Once again, am not sure, so check please :-D, but includes a copy of Splinter Cell :-)

Modem Card: Found one, just updated, but is it good for like Dial Up Internet Access, is it good?

Case:
Nice 100$ case, need help on how to implement it, like are their punch out holes so you can proplerly mount or what?

Well, thanks again guys, but I still need helping getting a PSU for those stuff (if all of them are right for me) and a nice case. When I mean nice I mean well, eye candy, like a small neon bar, and I really want a see through one for both techno-savviness and just as a failsafe protocol if anything goes wrong :P . And some fans/heatsinks/cooling items. Thanks again guys and I really appreciate the help you've given me.
Alright man, first off, you don't want that RAM, look at the timings: Timing 3-4-4-8, see that, those are bad, preferably you want 2-2-2-5 that is the best you can get, the best I've found ate 2-3-2-5 or 2-3-2-6 I forget for the 2gb ram, so go with the ram that I told you: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.a ... 6820220082
Also see how that is DDR433, that means it's already rated for overclocking, and will go a lot faster once you overclock it some more.
Once you get it all together I'd suggest reading some guides on overclocking, and do it.

The sound card, well those ones aren't that practical, they give you like 7 different things to plug into, but it's pretty gay. Personally I'd go with something like this one: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.a ... 6829127001

It has the coaxial and optical inputs as well as the other ones as on the ohter, if you ever buy a nice receiver, you can just plug in the optical or coaxial ports into it, and have your computer using the same sterio system as you do for like your home theater or whatever. That's what I'd like to do, but my receiver doesn't have the extra outputs and like I don't have a nice soundcard, but one day man.

The modem, that's pretty expencive, hell I've got like 5 modems, i'd sell you one for 5 bucks if you want.

And on the case, what do you mean, punch out holes?

What you got to do right, take out the faceplate with all the connection holes on the back of the case, and then take the one they send you with the motherboard and get it in there, it's kinda hard to do, so don't be afraid of using some pressure. Then you got to take the little brass screw things and put them in the holes inside the case so that they all line up with the holes on your motherboard. Then just screw the motherboard on with the screws that it comes with.

Then the drive bays, take off the cover in the front, and twist the metal divider out of it where you want to put your dvd drive(s) and floppy drive. Slide them in from the outside, and put at least 2 screws on each side of the case where the drive is, so that it's nice and tight.

Then you just plug in all the wires where they go, install your psu right above your motherboard, it screws on from the outside.

And for your PSU, use the one that I said in one of my eariler posts. It's a really good one: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.a ... 6817103512

Oh and also, don't forget the good heatsink for your CPU, so you can do some good overclocking:
http://www.heatsinkfactory.com/ThermalR ... 16160.html
Be sure to add the Vantec 80 or 92mm Tornado fan.
The tornado fan has one of the highest airflow ratings out there, but it can get pretty noisy. Oh that case that y ou picked even comes with 3 120mm fans, so you don't really need anymore fans besides for your heatsink. And for best results, get the one I told you, don't use the one that comes with your CPU, it will keep it cooler and allow you to get higher overclocks.

Just a question why get ddr, rather than ddr2 while it cant be utilized to its fullest yet (because of the mobo) doesnt mean that you wont want it later.
