The Intellivision and Atari Flashback games are run on 6502 CPUs. Thats a NES CPU. The atari runs on a stripped down 6502 CPU. What they really did was rewrite all the games for intellivision and Atari to run on a NES system. The games USUALLY look identical, but I can assure you they are not. I think you would have an easier time playing NES Games on the Atari Flashbacks than you would Atari games.

Good Luck squeezin' an Atari into a GBA! That would be really impressive!
Maybe you could even rebuild a small flashcart, or build it into the GBA. That way you dont need to deal with bulky carts, just "copy" the ones you have to the GBA-Atari.
Just an idea. It might be too expensive, or difficult for some people.
