I heard like Black Six that the coastal states use the SATs more and the mid west go by the ACTs. I'm tempted to believe as they stressed the ACT more, and I hardly heard anything about the SATs.

Hmm... That was probably my little brother. He found out my password a little while after I joined, but I didn't think that he made any posts. My birthday's June 24.
