Get your own webhosting, there are heaps f laces, even my is gives me massive hosting.

Well if you were going to do this as an actually website yes it would be loads better to get hosting but for a rainy day I think a free hosting site is fine.

and a tip, try using Word Press. Word Press owns! And its easier to edit the website because you get an admin thing... The only problem is you have to make a database, which I can't figure out how to do

(made a local MAMP one, but that only runs on my computer...

)

Freewebs isn't the best, especially if you want to run PHP-Nuke, Wordpress, Joombla, or a forum, because they don't give you a database. Isn't there one that gives you a gig of space for free?

I recolored it, big deal... (I'm getting a different one with Word Press... ) and I'm trying to find some web hosting that has a database, but it either doesn't have the power to run wordpress, or it's not free.

I did tweak it in other ways too, but I can't think of it at the moment...
edit: i remember, I also changed the cool top bar thing to display the date, HTML and Java! plus other random things...

Come on. I'm really hoping you can do better than that. I'd encourage you to make your own site design so you can respect how much time I put into the design.

The only way to get better is to make your own designs, not rip someone else's.
