I'l list my top 3 and why they rank where they are:
Current:
PSP
GP2X
DS
Why? Some of us want to do more with our systems than play the same games we bought 4 times in the last 10 years. I think it's nice to be able to view pictures or watch movies on a handheld, say if you're going on a road trip. That's one thing I wished my GBC could do when I was a kid.
Also, there isn't much about the DS that appeals to me. A couple games look okay, but nothing to rush out and buy the system for. I know Tetris DS is "crack on a stick", but come on what DOESN'T play Tetris? (Besides my iPod Nano... Come on Apple make some more games for it already! There's only so much Breakout one man can handle!
)
Oh and if you were wondering, the PSP gets spot #1 over the GP2X because it's got a 3D processor and lasts longer on a charge.
Of All Time:
GBC
Nomad
PSP
I had a Game Boy Color, and it's still sitting on my dresser. As far as hours played on it goes, I used it a lot more than my GBA. (But probably not as much as my PSX and/or PS2.) Heck, I still pull it out once in a while when I know I'll have a few free minutes to blow every now and then, usually with the Asteroids or Super Mario Bros. Deluxe cartridge.
Nomad takes second because it's a portable version of a then-current home console. (It would be a lot like Nintendo coming out with a portable GameCube sometime next year.) PSP takes third because it runs almost anything and is by far the most capable handheld to date.

The ds isnt all remakes.
Theres only like 5 games that are remakes/ports.
Also, the consoles should be judged like this:
Intended(companys intentions) use:
DS
Psp
Others
Unintended(Homebrew/piracy)
Psp
ds
gp2x
other

I know how to, I just can't figure out where to put the LEDs so it lights the screen and isn't just a glare. Thats my main problem, so pictures would be a big help.Rekarp wrote:Ive added LEDs to my GBA also. Quite easy if you know what your doing. In about 2 weeks I can take some pictures of it if you want me to.
BTW, this'll be for my GBC, but its the same concept.
