Looks good! This looks like sometihng you could easily market! Heck, you could probably score a contract with MadCatz!

BTW, for those that don't know, the GCN & SD doors snap off. Push them back until you feel them click then pull. So if I where you, try to make the top of the Wii flush w/ the top of the unit. That'd look SLICK!

Perhaps he thought the controller would bolt directly to the main case in the design, which would be a very ackward way play any motion sensing games.

Well unless anyone likes the idea of swinging a console around at high speeds, it ain't going to happen!

Excellent design, I love it. One little nitpick: You'll probably want to make a cut for the ventilation on the side of the unit. Highlighted here:

Also, how would you carry around a screen, a wiimote, and a nunchuck? The evolution of th third arm is slow.

You just set the unit on a table or something.

I just hook the nunchuck to the controller & hang it around my neck.

All you need for sensor is four IR leds. 2 on each side of screen. The sensor bar is only 10 LEDS.

Well I need:

Sheet of Plastic - £10
Materials - £20
Spray paint - £20
Screen - I'll have to hunt
Batteries - I'll have to hunt again
RGB Cable - £12

Probably around £150 by the end of the project.
