what would be the cost of a whole flat of andy capps cheese fries equavalent?Biased wrote:I can't think of a regional drink of MN, but my town is the home of a snack food company that makes their own products, along with big name and private-label candy and chips. Notably, they make Andy Capp's knockoff chips for Master PMy friends that work there get anything at the company store for near cost, by the pound, which is very cheap. Should I ask them to buy a bunch of chips and licorice?

I'd have to find out, there are like five generic-brand foods for every name-brand one. Shouldn't be too much though. I'll probably just take whatever I can get for $25 or so. It should be a lot.Triton wrote: what would be the cost of a whole flat of andy capps cheese fries equavalent?i freaking love those things but their over $1.50 a bag at the gas stations that have em here now, used to be just 99 cents

The MGC 2010 sounds AWESOME! I wish I could go!!!!
Unfortunately, I live in California, and I'm still in high school.
So every year, y'all chip in on a suite and give each other rides and stuff? That's pretty cool.
AND BEN HECK IS GONNA BE THERE?!?!?!?!!??!!!

Yeah, pretty much. People live along the way from each other, get to be decent friends, repeat for the next year. Personally, I get a suite that people chip in for (yes, I pay tooDeck wrote:So every year, y'all chip in on a suite and give each other rides and stuff? That's pretty cool.

Watch out if your from warmer areas. I walked off the plane in shorts and a T-shirt and it was lower 40's.SpongeBuell wrote:Yeah, pretty much. oh gawd. Well I am bringing warm stuff next time cause I plan to stay Sunday as well this time. I hope the event actually has air circulating cause I found it very stuffy last time. (could be cause I was very hungover as wellMetallica Man X wrote:yeah....the 40 degree temp that day was actually a heat wave for us at that timelimpport wrote:That sounds exactly like Spring in Vermont. Id chip in for a suite, as long as its not too high, like $100.
A truly wise man can entertain a thought without accepting it. A fool cannot withhold past judgments but instead closes his mine to new possibilities. Someone who wants to innovate simply needs to forget what everyone says isn't possible.

Re: MGC 2010 HYPE thread
Sponge giving rides / anyone flying into MKE aiport: The Sheraton Hotel where the event takes place has an airport shuttle. It's a free ride to and from the hotel, all you have to do is fly in! This was a big reason for the move from Oconomowoc.
One issue with shuttles is sometimes you have to wait a while for them to show up, and if you're not careful you might miss it! (Like a bus) But again, it's free both ways, and with a convention at the hotel they'll probably run a good schedule. So just fly in and you're good!
Side note: there is a new Holiday Inn literally ONE BLOCK from me in Verona. I've often daydreamed about hopping on their airport shuttle, but they probably wouldn't let me
