Star Trek : Enterprise... They traveled through time more then OS and TNG combine, and oh yeah the borg survived the incendent from Star Trek First Contact. That series just sucked.
Gundam Wing... The most inconsistent and overkilled Gundam series ever made.
I'm sure there are more but those are the worst.

1-800-missing (changed name to missing)
Charmed (if they would do the show totally topless it would have helped ratings...some)
Buffy (same topless comment...in fact it would make almost anything wachable)
