Dont complain that youre getting hostilities here, none of us are uber-leet programmers, this isnt a programming forum, but there are sooo many threads about programming, and kids who dont know how to program wishing they did, so the start to their uberleet programming skillz starts with a very ambitious goal in a non-programming forum? Sorry, but please dont complain.

I'll confess to not being up on modern gaming...
This CS does not have openly distributed source, correct? So how would you port it?
Now, if you went through all the trouble to code something from scratch, giving it a different name would allow you to sell your work.
Also, I'm behind on PSP homebrewing, did they actually allow it to run user created code off of flash? Sony must be slipping...that would make the PSP useful...
Anyway, everything is possible with a lot of time, or a lot of money--but most likely both.

The next question is, does it even have enough buttons?

um, it'd be damn near impossible to play with the analog nub AND the d-pad....I'd say keep the controls as simple and as few as possible. for example, instead of using the d-pad for movement, use the /\,O,X, and [] buttons...to shoot, use R. to change weapons, use L. To buy, hit select to buy....start would obviously pause...to get more buttons in there, you could do something like "hold L and then hit R for secondary fire". using combos like that you could easily get around the relatively few buttons the psp has...but good luck programming a decent fps for it
....you'll need it...
Without games my life would have no meaning.
Well, I guess it would, but it would be a lot less fun!!!!!!!

I think he's referring to the game "Counter Strike".

Then why not hack a USB keyboard to the PSP's USB port?
