You don't need to be eighteen to have a paypal (officially you do, but you don't need to be it)

You can get an unverified account, and if you have a bank account (like I do, and I'm not 18) you can even verify it without being 18.

Thats awesome to know, but I dont have a bank account because I'm not allowed to work while I'm in school. Its my parents rule. (I think my parents want to ruin my life from jump so they never have to worry about me ever leaving home and being independent of them...)

well if you can get a pal with paypal (oh the puns) to send you the money, you can use an unverified one, I guess. Or just ask one of your friends to make a paypal and send the money for the book.
