FC Twin Compatiblity Fix?

Includes but not limited to: SNES, Genesis, Sega CD, PlayStation 1, Nintendo 64, Dreamcast, Game Gear and I guess the Virtual Boy.

Also a reason not to include the lockout. It's hard to reverse engineer. + nintendo put a patent on it and the only really legal way to get it is nintendo.
