Ok, now i have a gamecube, a game boy player, a controller for the gba controll buttons on the laptop. I disassembled the cube and the GB Player(not so big as u think it is) POST PICS LATER! :)

What i need is some kind of switch that allows u to switch between 2 gba slots. Should a printer switch work(if it have enough pins, not counted them yet)?

You should only need to switch the voltage pin(s) of each cart. If a cart doesn't have power, it shouldn't be able to send or receive data. So, it shouldn't matter if all other pins from both slots are connected simultaneously.
