Suggestions for a band

I don't like any of the music you guys have suggested yet accept system of a down.

Haha, same here nobody really shares my music taste, do you know of anybody into these bands... Lamb Of God (fav), Machine Head (other fav, can't decide between the two), Hatebreed, Terror, Deicide, Gojira, Satyricon, Dimmu Borgir, Eyehategod, Slayer, Metallica (I know there are a lot of fans of them), Sepultura and Chimaira lol.

Here is a few bands you may like, I know of these due to friends and family (my brother likes this type sorta), not quite emo, but more pop-punky.

Possibly Green Day, not sure if your into "emo" crap, their eariler stuff isn't like that though

I like most of those bands. New Green Day music isn't emo, but American Idiot was kind of emo "directed", if you know what I mean. Just the album cover and the way the band dresses now and stuff. The music wasn't though. It definitely isn't the best Green Day CD, but a few tracks on it really stand out. Dookie and 1039 Smoothed Out Slappy Hours are still the best Green Day albums though.

Anyway, there's some bands here that i've never heard of, but I'll have to check them out too.

Well The mars volta is good if not a little freaky. I like old stuff more but blue oyster cult is good too if you like oldies. Lately I've been listening to a lot of styx and Journey so... If you give up on the kind of music you're trying to find listen to some of that. Oh yeah listen to The Postal service or maybe Seve vs. Evan if you get bored.
