i highly doubt that it would actually cost 8$ to ship so ill pass for now thanks anyway

Didnt you read, he uses UPS, that cost a bit more than USPS.

Correct.
I am in the shipping department of where I work, and we primarily use UPS. Hence the higher shipping price. However, light, flat things (mobos, games, the MAX controller) I can send via USPS in a padded envelope for about $2 (see shipping info on main post).
