No, I mean like, did you take the NES (official controller) chip, and then solder those wires DIRECTLY to those tactile switches, and the pins on the NOAC. It's not frying, but it won't actually work.

I didnt, no.. This is just a regular standard NES controller with the resistors still intact...
Im starting to think I just have 2 bad NOAC's
