Yes it is nice to be able to put your projects INSIDE something isn't it? You know, to hold everything together so it doesn't flop around? Discuss the techniques here!

I think it would look like crap unless you sanded down the edges, it would work either way.
That's what I forgot to type! I'll try that, but first I need a screen...
If you're looking at this post and it was made before 2008, just ignore it.

You could Bondo on a case from the PSOne screen.

The only cheap way to do it, without involving routers and all that tricky stuff, is just a good ol' dremel and sanding block. You can rough cut it with the dremel, and then smooth it out with the sandin block, even bevel the edges if you want.

If you don't bondo on the screen plastic, you could always take a soldering iron and run it over the plastic at an angle quickly, then sand if desired. I know it sounds silly, but it works, plus you don't need to be that good with your hands to do it.

This may sound kinda silly, but I used my katana for my NESp, seeing as I was out of Dremel cutting discs. Hey, it works, doesn't it?

heck physics says a marshmellow could be used with enough force...however, praticality says not to...

I recommended the dremmel but If you have a soldering iron and don't mind the smell...try scoring the cut area and use a x-acto knife after that
