Well, I didn't want to post until my project was finished, but I just managed to take off the whole Video-In wire and pad on my PSone LCD.

Hahahahahaha... ha... ha... @#%$@#%@ I freaking hate wiring fine wire stuff onto boards.

So, what have you guys done to screw up your LCDs? LCD mods are not welcome.

I guess this is pretty pointless, couldn't you just trace the pad and solder to it somewhere else?

yes, you can. There are at least 4 points that i know of where you can easyly solder a new video lead onto.
