a good fan to use for blowing air across the heatsinks would be one of these

Was thinking about that kind of fan, but I purchased all the fans already. So I did more desoldering of caps and everything got 3 heat pipes made up, but I can't seem to desolder the cirular green (with thich wire wrapping around it). It dosent even seem to budge, and its right in the way of the heat pipes.

Yeah, the coils, its just that there in the way of me putting the heat pipes on.

So quick update. I got the the heatsinks revised, I added 2 heat pipes (3 couplings long), reseated thermal compound (used about BB if not smaller portion), and I am still overheating. Though it does last about 30 seconds longer with the heat pipes. I starting to give up on air. Though even with the stock heatsinks, my box was running hoter than I believe it should, even for a 360. So I'm probably going to go water cooled.

get a 775 heatsink, the pins are nearly the same diameter therefore you can easily move them.
for example you could get one of these;
