Which NOAC should I use?

I've hit a wall with my project, I can't decide which NOAC I should buy. I can't use an original NES no matter how much I cut the Mother Board, so I'm stuck, there are so many NOACs I haven't got a clue which works the best for what I want.

Before we get started I am looking for a PAL system. Compatible with the standard 72-pin connector games and Preferably works with the NES power pack (flash cart). Thanks you guys

72-Pin connector games are 'stock' nes games. Every NOAC will have a 72 pin connector.

They're not most NOACs are either PAL or NTSC I've only come across two region free ones.

Most crappy NOACs use the Famicom 60 pin connector not the NES 72 pin.

If it has 60 Pin connector, its not a NES clone; is a Famiclone.
