WTB: N64 Portable asap.
I am looking to buy a portable n64. I own a electronic shop and i want to have one of these bad boys on display. I have paypal and i am verified. I ask that this n64p isnt some hack job held together by glue with a case made of wood. Not looking to spend to much but im not cheap so post some prices with some pics. If the price is right im looking for a steady supplier of these if thats possible.

Its difficult and expensive to have a steady flow of portables, considering they are all made by hand (most of it) and how time consuming they are.
I'm not also sure if you can sell these commercially, if you wanted to put them in display in your shop and sell them.

I could churn out a steady supply of these for $700 each. My current N64p in a gamegear case is about half done, I would be asking $600 for it.

Excellent

palmertech = a rip. Once he gets a handle on the whole portablizing deal, he'll look back and see the stupidity of asking $600.
That's probably to cover all the ones he will fry in the process. It'd be better to hire someone with the ability to cost you the least amount of cash.
Oh, and as for my cases, I can make them flawlessly now, so the whole running joke of me sucking at cases is over. It's like calling your college professer stupid because he couldn't explain nuclear physics when he was 5.
Anyhoo, PM me if you have cash. If I keep telling people to PM me if they are interested, then I will have to type out why it costs more than $5 + an N64.

what? $1,000 is a very reasonable price. I mean, he's only asking $1,200. is that really so much?eurddrue wrote:I think this price goes up every time I see itpalmertech wrote:I could churn out a steady supply of these for $700 each. I meant that for a reliable supply (anybody working on them as a job), you would probably have to pay more, just to keep them interested. Would YOU want to make N64ps, 10 in a row?
And come on, Hailrazer's N64p sold for $600 on ebay. The only thing foolish about my asking price would be to trying to sell it for that on benheck, ShockSlayer.
And yes, make fun of me for being a poser in the portable department. I deserve it.
