Tip number 3 tell you how to search ONE website using google. This may come as a shock, but there is more than one website on the internet. I think you just went and found some article to act like you have a basis, you what relevance does that have to me? If anything, you should use that very tip to search these forums for info instead of demanding a tutorial.

And stop acting like there is some secret Chinese modding forum, we have CHinese members, they come here despite the language barrier because we are the ONLY portable forum on the web! Get that?

And I doubt you can read Chinese, you have a hard enough time trying to resemble English.
your getting there.. hmmm what sort of directories might contain community information and similar information regarding retro modification im unsure but with like a 10 second search on google here are a few which is funny to me that you think you some console gangster lol dont pull out your zapper and pop a cap hahah again ill post the tutorial when i get done for people that arent such d-bags on this forum for the people that deserve to learn just like everyone else.

http://www.tripoint.org/kevtris/Project ... index.html -part 1

http://www.tripoint.org/kevtris/Project ... achip.html -Part 2

http://www.tripoint.org/kevtris/Project ... puma3.html

http://www.acidmods.com/forum/index.php -a retro and next gen modification community with tutorials one of many?? oommgggzzzz!!??!?!?!

or how about all the stuff on engadget weather or not its from members i dont care dont act like this is the only place on the entire web in this universe that you can figure out how to wire up something or change something a little bit to get it to do what you want to do. either community or personal anyone can be contacted through there website. Again this is how I obtained the tutorial.

speaking of how about all these individuals that have new portables and mods hitting the internet every day through bbs?

http://hackaday.com/category/handhelds-hacks/

and certainly dont miss page 2

http://38.119.187.37/hh/forums/viewtopic.php?f=9&t=26 -uuhhhh

ohhhh...thought these didnt exist d-bag? lol since google searches again read the link i gave you it might help you get a girlfriend on myspace or soemthing who knows.

also if you would like i could give you some international websites if you know how to use babelfish which are actual community forums? im sure you could google "how to use babelfish"+yahoo if you want?

OMGZZZ PEOPLE IN JAPAN ARE DOING IT TO??????

http://www.geocities.jp/svo7990/kandzyu.htm -dry cell batter recharger schematics and explination?

http://www.gizmodo.jp/2007/08/post_2030.html

HOW COULD THIS BE IF THIS IS THE ONLY PLACE ON THE PLANET THAT HAS THIS INFORMATION THAT NO ONE HERE KNOWS? MY POINT IS STOP TREATING PEOPLE POORLY THAT WANT TO LEARN. IF YOU DONT LIKE IT DONT RESPOND AND CARRY ON ABOUT YOUR WORTHLESS LIFE LOL DO YOU GO TO KINDERGARDEN CLASS AND MAKE FUN OF KIDS TRYING TO LEARN AS WELL? SAME THING MOST THESE PEOPLE HAVE NO IDEA WERE TO START AND JUST WANT TO LEARN IF YOU WERENT SUCH A D-BAG YOU WOULD PROBREBLY HELP PEOPLE OR POINT THEM IN THE DIRECTION OF TUTORIALS OR SUGGEST THEM TO REAL SOURCES OR START A NOOB SECTION ON THE FORUMS. JUST AS WELL THIS ISNT POINTED AT EVERYONE THIS FORUM DOES HAVE SOME GREAT PEOPLE TO LEARN FROM BUT THERE ARE PEOPLE NAMELY THE 3 OR 4 REPEATS FOR THE LAST 12 PAGES OF THIS THREAD THAT ARE ABSOLUTELY WORTHLESS TO THIS ENTIRE COMMUNITY.

CHEERS TO YOU OUT THERE THAT HELP OUT OTHERS AND ENJOY SEEING NEW MODS THAT ARE DAMN AWESOME.

http://www.tripoint.org isn't a Community and he hasn't updated it in almost two years. No Dreamcast tutorial. FAIL

http://www.acidmods.com mainly deals with modding PSPs. I see no portable consoles on that site. No Dreamcast tutorial. FAIL

http://hackaday.com isn't a Community. FAIL

http://38.119.187.37/hh/forums/viewtopic.php?f=9&t=26 isn't really a community. Has like 100 people on that forum. FAIL

That said Benheck Forums is the Premier Console Portablizing Modding Community on the web. I am sorry tat there isn't a Dreamcast Portable how to on this site. Modders are not obligated to make a how to. You don't need someone holding your hand the entire time.

this is halarious and amusing, but it doesn't belong here. tat2artist if your gonna try to flame a respected member of a site you just joined...get some sleep, because no one will respect a disrespecting person like you. and the only reason i did not say n00b is because i myself am still a n00b, regaurdless of what i know...i was just like you once, come in, join site, asked a question, did not get the answer i WANTED to hear, started yelling, but then i shut-up and gave respect(Master Bacteria can account for that  ) because these people knew what they were doing. so if you want to flame...go to myspace (or at LEAST takke it to Forum 42  )

1. Those personal sites you listed are ALL members here, and if you would bother searching for their threads, you would fine a LOT more info.

2. Acidmods does have a retro handheld section. And it only has 3 completed projects. And all of those are basically people linking to benheck forums, like Bacteria.

3. I know about hackaday, I have had some of my mods on it myself. It does not have tutorials, it is just a news site.

4. I have said it multiple times, but you don't seem to listen. You are 100% right that there are lots of places to go for modding info, on all kinds of things; But I never said we were the only modding forum, that would be absurd. I said we are the only Retro Portable forum, and that is 100% true, no matter what you say. Linking to a Japanese guy who made a battery charger does not prove your point in any way.

Look, when you say "Be helpful and direct us to a tutorial", we just can't. They do not exist! We do point to helpful resources: Search the forums, and read the stickys. 99% of your questions can be answered that way, it is not our job to search for you.

And if you would bother reading the forums, you would see that me and Rekarp are amoung some of the most helpful members. We both do our best to point new people in the right direction, but we don't just keep treating you nice when you act like an arsehole, which is probably different than what you are used to with your parents.

The other problem here is that you are lying. Even if you did magically find a DCp tutorial ( ), why not post it? You said it was "read only protected", but that males no sense. Read only means you cannot make changes to it, but you can still copy paste it. Please, if you are going to lie, at least try to act intelligent.

To summarize: You just wasted a massive post that proves nothing. I never said we are the only modding site, I said we are the only portable making site (At least, with any real info). None of the links you pointed us to had any tutorials on making a portable. Unless you post your "Tutorial" or admit you were lying, expect to be trashed.

well to be more accurate benheck and its affiliated sites (the portables of doom and benheck forum members personal websites like my old one) are the only portable making sites on the internet.
MY POINT IS STOP TREATING PEOPLE POORLY THAT WANT TO LEARN.
stop being an immature a$$hole and treating the people who can HELP you (US, retard) like sh!t and we might be inclined to take your advice. in this thread you have 2 of the oldest memebers on the forum (myself and dragonhead) and 2 of the more experienced and helpful memebers (rekarp and palmertech) TRYING to explain this to you. ill lay it out simply

HOW TO GET THE INFORMATION YOU NEED ON BENHECK FORUMS:

1.Be polite!
2.use proper punctuation spelling and grammar as best you can when asking a question
3.use the search function or google search
4. READ THE STICKIES
5. if all else fails start a thread asking for the information you need

99% of the time you are not going to find a tutorial for pretty much anything, at best you will find general information and some helpful pictures and diagrams in the stickies.

That is true... But they don't exactly have tutorials, and the stuff Kevin Horton does is so far over most of our heads that the info he gives is near useless (To us, at least).

And Brian Gardiner, the palm psone guy had an account here at one point, forget the name of it, though. I think he just wanted to keep his stuff on his own hosted site.

EDIT:

I laughed so hard when I saw your backlit GBP on the link Tat posted. I mean it even mentioned your benheck username on it. I doubt Tat even noticed that.

Oh, and Tat, the ONLY one here being a "d-bag" is YOU!

My God, muthatrucka was more polite than you.
