I think that the snes has internal traces, which means that you won't be able to cut your board...

Not that I know of, but it's pretty small already.

Ah ok. I thought it would be possible because I read somewhere that you could cut the a regular SNES motherboard to the size of a mini SNES board.

EDIT: Also, what are the dimensions of the smaller original SNES mother board?

Yeah you CAN cut the SNES board. Don't quote me or anything, but I'm pretty sure you can cut down the board up to the control port pins.

I'm 90% sure you can cut off all the ground strips on the sides.
Hey, sup?

Thanks Kurt. I found out the answer to the other question so I don't need it answered anymore.

I've got one more question. If I were to use Li-ion batteries in an SNESp, how would I charge them?

With a Li-Ion charger and charging circuit that matched.

No. the snes uses internal traces, but some parts can be cut off anyway. There aren't that many internal traces on the border.
