Anyone desolder the SNES catridge slot yet?
In ben's book, the SNES portables have the cartidge slide in at a 90° angle because he said that he tried desoldering the slot and said it was very hard, but he didn't say it was impossible. I want to make sure it can be done

I've desoldered the SNES cart. slot, too
, and while it was pretty tough, the cart. slot's still intact
. (I had to manually push out the pins with a screwdriver after I desoldered them to get them out
...also, a few pins came out of the cart. slot, although I put them back in succesfully
...now to actually wire the whole damn thing!!!!)
Without games my life would have no meaning.
Well, I guess it would, but it would be a lot less fun!!!!!!!
