But it wouldn't take SD cards, Nintendo wouldn't turn down a chance to make some easy money. They'd make their own card and charge a small fortune for any card bigger than 32mb.illustriouschin wrote:nobody makes good pl0x whatever the smeg that is damn language user. maybe built in memory would be good if it took SD cards and could be used more freely instead of locked up like what nintendo usually does, damn conservative bastards.

that would have been true up until the Wii was released a year ago so false. nintendo does sell its own rebranded, overpriced SD cards though but only morons would buy them.Valium wrote:But it wouldn't take SD cards, Nintendo wouldn't turn down a chance to make some easy money. do you seriously think we (or I) think that? you must think we are incredibly stupid. maybe i have to spell everything out for everybody so there wont be any confusion because being constantly misunderstood is really starting to piss me off. i did not mention anything about the fake DS pics because they are obviously fake and i shouldnt have to explain things that are obvious.Bibin wrote:Do you seriously think those pictures are real? The Animal Crossing one shows the game in widescreen format. They wouldn't just up and change the screen resolution in a redesign. Perhaps in another handheld, but not a redesign.

1. stinky mentioned something about needing a GBA port for rumble
2. i said nintendo dont care about that, hardly any games used rumble
3. duffous said nintendo never drops peripherals like that
4. i said they did and provided examples
5. idiots who didnt read most of those posts assumed we were talking about number 3 only, missing the point that this thread is about the new version of the NDS and not freaking nintendo peripheral bullcrap. thanks

Whoaaa, put the flamethrower down. Is there a chance that I might not have meant you? That perhaps I was no tbeing accusative, but just more making sure that nobody really did believe in those?illustriouschin wrote:do you seriously think we (or I) think that? you must think we are incredibly stupid. maybe i have to spell everything out for everybody so there wont be any confusion because being constantly misunderstood is really starting to piss me off. i did not mention anything about the fake DS pics because they are obviously fake and i shouldnt have to explain things that are obvious.Bibin wrote:Do you seriously think those pictures are real? The only reason I could see for wanting the GBA slot at this point is for GBA homebrew, which'll be on Slot 1 by the time this happens; No worries there. Thinner is a given. The screen will be a few millimeters larger at most. As for the built in memory, I can see them doing the Virtual Console thing with that, which would be pretty neat.1. no GBA slot
2. thinner
3. larger screen
4. built in memory
Of course, nothing will happen until DS Lite sales slip. I doubt DS Lite sales will slip before Christmas of next year.
