Flash Drives, what type do you use
What type of flashdrives do yall use? im thinking of getting a new one, and i've seen some with a mini OS build in, etc. So, what is the best kind?
another question. If i burn an ISO to a flashdrive, is the only way to get it off, reformat? if so, is there a way to reformat without losing total space?

Flash drives lose total space by formating?
I use a Sandisk Cruzer micro 2GB, nice flash drive, I know like 3 classmates and a teacher that have one.
I got mine on sale for $20, but they usually run about $30.
And this mini OS must be U3, yeah my Cruzer came with it, to me its junk and you can`t use 2 flash drives with u3 on the same computer because the installer for u3 sets up a virtual disc drive just for u3, just trash the U3 with an uninstall program if you get a thumbdrive with U3.

I have 2 1 gig PNY drives. (One's going into a project.) The first I got a couple years ago for $40, I bought the second about a month ago for $17.
Aside from those (my primaries):
128 MB Lexar JumpDrive (free from college orientation)
64 MB blue Lexar Jumpdrive with an outdated company logo on it (one guy in one of my classes was giving them away)
128 MB CompUSA drive ($20 3 or 4 years ago, the plug's a little dodgy.)
16 MB CompUSA drive ($20 6 years ago, still works like new)

I have a 4GB Sony flashdrive that I'm using right now (running PortableFirefox off of it), and I also have a virtual machine of Linux (Qemu) along with assorted other stuff (openoffice, because we have office 07 at school and it blows, project64 for fun stuff, fce ultra for other fun stuff).
I also have:
a 128MB drive that hides inside a pen (not just any pen, but an ACUVUE pen!)
a 256MB Memorex flash drive
and some old fat 256MB lexar that I got from a friend
