legend of zelda a link to the past (best zelda game ever)
super mario kart
super mario world (cant have a snes without this game)
secret of mana
chrono trigger
ultimate mortal kombat 3 (my fav edition of the mk series)
super metroid
any of the megaman games
f zero
castlevania 4
pilotwings
breath of fire 2
un squadron (awesome side scroller)
street figter 2 turbo (my fav edition)
populous (one of the best strategy games for the snes)
super r type
eye of the beholder (only if you have the mouse to use with it, the regular controller is just annoying)
theres plenty more (and i know with repeats) but these are some of my favorite games for the snes

X-Men: Mutant Apocalypse
I used to love X-Men as a kid and this does the early 90's era X-men justice. It's kind of a combination between Street Fighter II and Mega Man X(since its made by Capcom). Also, its pretty cheap online (like $5 plus shipping). All of the other games mentioned are good as well, no need to repeat whats already been said.
