what is injection molding?

Here's what my original design was,

I know MS-Paint is crap, but I'm not good with eMachine or CAD programs yet, so I use what I'm good with. I think they turned out pretty nice though, for Paint.

Alright, I just have to get some demensions of the SNES mini MoBo first, then I'll send them along, (as long as I get a freebie or 2

have you already made a portable snes? if you have then i would need the dimensions of that, it would be very easy to make if i had the portable in my hands so i could make the case as accurately as possible. If you want to i could buy one from you or something and then make your case and send you some. But if you dont trust me with it its cool, just send the design.

No I would, but this idea is new, I haven't had the funds or the means to make one yet, I could make you a to-scale mock of one or try and get the demensions, but more than likely, send you a prototype, I'll see about getting the materials to make one, all I need is some plastic, aluminum strips and probably glue to put it together, unless you'd rather it be apart.

well, its official, i got an email back telling me he is not comfortable sharing his intelectual property, which i completly understand

. and the case would cost 324$

i could get you a case that looked better than those for like $304 less, if i had the plans...
