N64Handheld Design

Here's a pic of my concept drawings:
Image

I didn't get my ps1 screen until today... so my dimensions may be off a bit. And the sides where you hold it may have to be thicker to accomodate the joystick/thumbstick of the n64 controller( It's so big... ).

The specs should be something like this:
Vacuum-Molded/(maybe Fiberglass) Case
PSone Screen
RGB mod (Which mod works consistently?)
Upgraded Speakers w/Bass ( If the PSone screen's are 'tinny'? .. haven't tried them out yet... )
Relocated Cartridge slot
Relocated Ports
Ability to still use the n64 power supply, A/V out, and controller ports.
( So that you can still play multiplayer for hours on the big screen... )

I've decided against the Overclocking mod... The majority of posts( on other boards) that I've read indicate no real noticeable difference. How about your results?

Thoughts, suggestions, inquiries?
.
I keep cutting it off.. and it's still too short.

lol
I'm not that dumb.
I've never done any Vacuum-molding before.
But I've done a whole lot of fiberglass work.

I was saying that it would either be vacuum-molded plastic ... or a fiberglass case.
I keep cutting it off.. and it's still too short.

Dremeling out holes? Whats wrong with using a Drill press or hand drill to do that?

As for the design it looks great, its a nice refreashing look.
