I wish I could be a Tech Q&A moderator. Oh well, a guy can dream, can't he?
I'd imagine right now you wish you were a cuttlefish...

A lot of people wish they could be moderators. Generally, the moderators choose you and not the other way around.
The job of moderator takes knowledge of the subject you are moderating, and sufficient maturity. Maturity comes with age.

As much as I'd like to be a mod, I've gotta side with Marshall on this one. I mean, it wouldn't make sense for me to be the moderator of say, Tech Q&A, because I don't exactly know my way around the technological block outside of portablization. Now the 8-bit and 16-bit forums, THAT'S something I could mod! Too bad they've already got set mods for that. Oh well.

True, so I suppose I will wait until the time comes, if it ever comes at all, lol. Well, to be honest, I WANT to be a mod, but I could care less if I ever do or not.

Modding is an okay responsibility. I have had both the pleasure/pain of being a mod on atl east 5 forums (not counting an April Fools Day joke), and I have to say that it is nice to know that your hard work makes the forums a bit cleaner.

Oh, Skyone, I stole your logo for userstyles.org. Check the topic in Forum 42.

Yes I know but it could take forever for that to happen. I do know my info about the tech of systems so I qulify there and tech is what I want to study in college, so it wouldn't be the worst choice in anybodys life.

Be as helpful to the forum as you can. That's really what helped HK-47 become one before the mini-mods setup.

ok...to deviate from the mod subject. How hard would it be to put all the completed portables into this "news" section? It's kind of empty right now...and it would be cool to see everyone's masterpieces in one place.
What I have shown you is reality. What you remember, that is the illusion.

if people could go through and post in all the finished portable threads the mini mods just have to move or copy them to news...

should we?

I'm so sorry for my uber-n00bish stupidity, but what is the difference between a Mini-Mod and a Regular Mod?

Mini-mods are these eensy-weensy people who crawl through your internet cable and into your monitor to move threads around.

Woot, first post in the news forum and it's not even news.

Yes'm!

Is that little X next to the Edit button a delete key? I don't want to try it out for obvious reasons, and why is it only in the News forums?

Regular Mods would mod the entire forum set. We all have specified jobs. See?

And NES, that was funny as hell!
