Lots of spam mail contain messages like that. I have no idea why. Just delete it and be rid of it.

If you enable images in that thing you'll get some viagra ad, its just text to un-adify it.

It's just the way the companies try to get it through your spam filter. They put in a bunch of words to make it seem like a normal message.
