 Post subject: ps2 slim battery question, need HELP please

Hello, the ps2 slim work on 8.5v but I want use 3.7v PO-LI battery, 3 of them give me 11.1v, if I use the original AC 8.5 adaptator, the ps2 will work ?? I want use this battery:

No,the original AC adapter will not work. Consider using a voltage regulator.
