Hi, I'm new here. I saw a video on youtube of a guy who made a Dreamcast portable

I'd be willing to pay for it....If someone could make something similar to this with all those functions...that would be fantastic. How much would it run me do you think?

Note: I can't do this myself hence why I'd pay someone to do it for me.
