 Post subject: Need help finding some parts: MOSFETS

I need to put together a pulser circuit and it requires 2 mosfets that I can not to find for sale online. I figure the parts list is probably just old and I need to find similar parts, but I am not sure exactly what I am looking for.

the two parts are

an N channel mosfet
- VN2106 http://www.supertex.com/pdf/datasheets/VN2106.pdf

and a P channel mosfet
- VP1304
http://www.datasheetcatalog.org/datasheets2/32/32102_1.pdf

any help would be greatly appreciated
