This was a project I made, simply because I want to make a couple things and be able to hook up to things i currently have to my 360. My extension projects for this will be a PS1 controller, an arcade pad, and something top secret xD.

Re: Good battery?
Well like bacteria mentioned there is a less current pull with the lower voltage. Which makes sense being as, I=V*R. So dropping the voltage should drop the current, which will give me a little room to work with, I could prolly get 1.5 hours with the final project. But yes not much play time, I may ...

Although, you said bondo can crack, at what point will it? At the drying stage? Or just by handling?

Cutting plastic and adding
I used a pretty thick ABS sheet when I formed this. It's .187, so what is the best tool I could use by hand to cut through? Also, my front and back covers don't match up as well as I thought they would. Would I be to use a plastic putty to build on to the form of the case?

Couple questions
First question: My regulator is getting a bit hot, not enough to turn off the screen like in hailrazer's case, although, I do fear that, it may get even hotter once I place everything in the case. I added a heat sink, but it only helped a little bit. So, should this regulator have its own small fan ...

Re: New DCp In Progress! UPDATE: Video on Page 2!
You should make your own case. Grab some HIS or ABS, make a cheap table (a flat wooden board with a 1 1/2 in hole in the center), with a 3hp vac. You'll feel better knowing you its your own style.

Your switch for powering the console? If that's what you're talking about, the switch would go between P+ and your PicoPSU.Klaymator14 wrote:And since the charging solder pads are the same for outputting power, do I need to hook up a switch to switch between charging and output?-Blayke

Re: New DCp In Progress! UPDATE: Another Question!
Well, remember some basic electronic principles:
In a series circuit, loads (your batteries) share opposing polarities (positive to negative, positive to negative, positive to negative). Add the voltages together. Same Currents all around
In a parallel circuit, loads share like polarities on a ...

Hey, if you got those pic from this thread http://benheck.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=6&t=30585&p=358818&hilit=relocation#p358818 , look at the pictures of the GDrom board, versus the mobo. If you didn't get those pics from there, go check that thread out. But, by looking at the pictures you posted ...
