I think Ive made the smallest (besides the NES Micro) portable. Also, it doesn't work. Damn batteries/LCD.

The lawsuit wasnt about the logos. It was because Apple Comp was only allowed to be called Apple if they agreed to not make music. Apple Music sued over the iPod and iTunes, but since Apple Comp didnt make music, it was ok.

And the black technically costs $150 more because if you were to take the $1299 white one, then upgrade it to an 80 GB drive, it would only cost $1349, not $1499. It's still a mystery as to why they would do this... (or how much people will complain...)
